Life insurance protects your family or other beneficiaries in the event of your death while you are still actively employed with the company. Avanath pays for Basic Life and AD&D Coverage, offered through Anthem. If your death is due to a covered accident or injury, your Beneficiary will receive an additional amount through AD&D coverage.
Naming Your Beneficiaries
Your beneficiaries are the people or institutions you name to receive your Life and AD&D benefits in the event of your death. It is important that you keep up-to-date beneficiary information on file with the Human Resources department. You cannot name a new beneficiary without completing a new designation form.
